With a full-time and contingent workforce of over 3.5 million people world-wide, Mara is in a unique position of speaking to the global forces that are changing the world of work and bringing these macro-trends to HR with practical solutions, models and applications.

Mara is also a member of the Leadership Council of the World Economic Forum, shaping a new model of leadership with this prestigious organization. She was named the 2012 HR Executive of the Year and has received numerous other awards and recognition for the strategic impact of her contributions.
