HR Leadership Lessons Learned from Virtual Workplace Early Adopters (Webinar)  with Trina Hoefling and Kathy Kacher

Thursday, January 9,  2020  8:30 am - 10:00 am Webinar

The virtual workplace has become a natural habitat for work, connecting teams that may seldom meet in person. Today's employees can do great work from anywhere. HR has an increasing role in helping leaders know how to keep team members connected and performing well in a flexible workplace.

The last two decades brought great progress, great failures, and great resilience to be tapped by HR leaders who are working to leverage all the tools available to enable people to do their best work and live their best lives. In this webinar, you will hear from two virtual leadership practitioners with well over 60 years of experience. They will share with you five crucial HR Leadership Lessons Learned that insure a productive and engaged virtual and blended workforce, along with tested solutions from client work and Trina's book, Working Virtually, that HR leaders can adapt to improve the virtual employee experience. Hear new information on best practices with examples you can use inside your organizations.

Trina and Kathy are both accomplished thought leaders and co-founders of www.TheSmartWorkplace.com and www.VirtualWorkplaceUniversity.com, learning portals for workplace competence in the flexible workplace.

The link for the webinar will be sent out to registered attendees.
