The Futurist Leader
Yvette Montero Salvatico, Principal and Managing Director at Kedge
In today's environment, change occurs at a more furious pace and on a larger scale. In order to thrive, or even survive, modern organizations need a new brand of leader—one who is empowered by the exciting opportunities of the future, not fearful of its uncertainty.
This 21st century leader can only succeed amidst a culture change where the organization sheds restrictive industrial-age mindsets in favor of futures thinking:
HR professionals are best suited to take on this leadership role and culture change.
This presentation introduces attendees to the concept of Strategic Foresight, the result of which is futures intelligence. HR professionals can use this concept to seed new initiatives, develop transformative visions for the organization, and energize the workforce around optimism for the future.
