    5 Pillars Award 2018 Winners Showcase

    Join us as your problem solver peers share  how they each resolved a business issue or challenge.  The program will showcase the 2018 winners of our 5 Pillars Award.

    The purpose of the awards is to demonstrate high-impact programs and initiatives that were designed, developed, and implemented and which resolved a business issue or challenge. 

    The 2018 award winners for each category are as follows: 

    1) Building a Strategic HR Function: DaVita for their “Unleash Potential, Unlock Performance” program 

    2) HR Strategy and Planning: Johns Manville and CMA for their “Emerging Leaders Program”

    Leading Strategy

    with Chris Chopyak, Author  and Strategist

    It can be a balancing act - authentically engaging others to co-create a business strategy and just taking charge and driving that strategy. 

    In this session, world renown author and strategist Chris Chopyak, facilitates a session with with two visual templates that allows any leader to facilitate and build a strategy with others that is engaging and focused on business performance and results.  The process utilizes easy-to-draw icons, individual and collective story telling, and developing wicked questions.  With a pen in hand, everyone will practice and experience strategy coming alive.  Disclaimer - you do NOT have to know how to draw or be an artist to attend this session!
