Accelerate: Applying the Latest Research to Change Management

Come join Justin Wasserman, a member of Kotter International, and Kate Hyatt, VP Talent at ProBuild and former head of Global Talent Management at Staples, as they unveil change guru, Dr. John P. Kotter's newest findings and basis of his soon to be launched book, Accelerate

Accelerate provides a fresh, persuasive take on achieving strategic agility in the face of constant turbulence. Based on his award-winning article in Harvard Business Review, John P. Kotter urges organizations to create a dual operating structure that pairs the still-relevant corporate hierarchy with a second, more agile network-like arm. This, he says, is the way to succeed in the face of today’s environment of consistent disruption. This book is for pioneers -  leaders and professionals ready to embrace the bold change necessary to succeed today, no matter your business or industry.

This will be a highly interactive session that will include:

1) a review of Accelerate

2) an interactive diagnosis of the Staples transformation through the lens of Kotter's 8 Accelerators

3) small table discussions about ways in which to apply what you learn back at your own organizations.

The first 75 registrants will receive an autographed copy of Accelerate.
