Meaningful Work: Antidote to the Great Resignation

with Dr. Bryan Dik

With the Great Resignation under way, some of your employees may be asking themselves right now  “should I stay or should I go?”

Research shows that the extent to which they find meaning in their work is a one of the factors in making their decision.

So the next new question on the minds of many HR leaders is, “so do we have to deal with THAT now too?  On top of everything else from these past 20+ months, how in the world do we deal with helping employees gain a sense of meaning at work?”

The good news is that there ARE options and opportunities to address the challenge of helping employees find meaning and value in their work.

In this webinar, the first of the new year, Dr. Bryan Dik will present cutting-edge research and practical solutions for helping our employees – and ourselves – find meaning at work.

Designed specifically for HR leaders, you will come away with practical actions to help employees:

-Understand and find (or create) new ways to express their unique “work personality”

-Identify ways to connect their work with a broader sense of purpose in life

-Actively shape their work to make it more meaningful

-Cultivate their callings in and out of work

As part of this workshop, you will have free access to PathwayU, an assessment platform developed by Jobzology.  We encourage you to log into https://csupsych.pathwayu.com and complete the brief, valid assessments that will help you identify your own values, interests, personality, and workplace culture preferences.  You can use the platform with your own employees who are asking the question, “do I stay or do I go?”
