8:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

In this interactive workshop, Jennifer Cunningham brings a fresh approach to the subject of mental health in the workplace.  Her focus is on driving business results from the inside out. She’ll review the bottom-line impact of NOT acknowledging or acting on the toll mental health has on employees at work and beyond.

She brings real-time solutions to address mental health at work, with an “ROI” approach to develop a strong business case advocating for investment in mental health services.

Jennifer Cunningham is a veteran product marketer with over 15 years of experience in telecom and technology. She has worked in the US & the EU as the Global Marketing Director for Level 3.  Recently, she has shifted her passion for business and mental health advocacy to board work and supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs.  She is a board member of the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) for Boulder County and the Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Depression Center at CU/Anshutz. She is also a limited partner at The Fund, a community of founders and operators who care deeply about supporting Rocky Mountain entrepreneurs with a first-of-its-kind early-stage venture fund created and fueled by the community.

After a year of COVID and the stresses of 2020, this interactive workshop for HR leaders is not to be missed.
