More about John M. Jones:
John Jones is the Managing Director of Willis Towers Watson’s North America Talent Business. John focuses on employee engagement and the alignment of HR with the strategic objectives of the organization. He brings 30 years of human resources, change leadership, communication, compensation and talent identification to his clients.
Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, John was a senior officer at a Fortune 500 financial organization and a senior leader at Deloitte in Detroit, where he worked with clients on the implementation of compensation and performance strategies, HR issues related to merger and acquisitions, and change management. He is a member of WorldatWork.
John is a frequent speaker at conferences and often serves as a moderator/facilitator during client events. He is a resource for the media and has been interviewed by WWJ News Radio in Detroit, Fox 2 News and AutoBeat Daily, WorldatWork, HR Dive, and several other publications
