Transforming Performance Management  AND Getting Pay for Performance Right

Lori Wisper,  Director, Willis Towers Watson

Faced with employee and manager frustration and lack of proven results, performance management continues to remain in the headlines. Companies are continuing to review their approach to performance management to ensure it is driving the right outcomes and delivering value to employees and the organization. Companies making changes to performance management are also needing to redefine “pay for performance.”

In this session, Lori Wisper, a Director in Willis Tower’s Watson’s Talent and Rewards practice with extensive experience in linking rewards and performance, will share latest research in the area of increasing effectiveness of Performance Management programs and pay for performance processes. Lori will also share experiences and learnings from her work with clients that have made significant changes to their performance management programs including how to drive pay for performance in a rating-less performance management program.

Whether you are considering taking action, planning to take action or have already taken action to update your performance management process, this RMHRPS session will provide you with ideas and tools to increase the effectiveness of your performance management program and improve how your organization currently pays for performance.

You will leave the session with ideas and tools to improve your pay for performance methods that can be applied to your own organization no matter where you are on the performance management process continuum.

Who should attend? This session is recommended for Heads of Human Resources, Heads of Talent Management and Heads of Total Rewards
